I started Frequency during one of the hardest times of my life. I was depressed and feeling tremendously fearful by the collapse of my marriage. I felt paralyzed by my guilt and heartbreak for how it was impacting my kids. I was physically drained and exhausted. I was desperate to connect with my higher self but totally overwhelmed and unable to do it consistently. Through Frequency and Freda’s skilled guidance layers started to peel away and things started to shift. I was able to get grounded, clear blocks, and come into greater self love and acceptance. I started to connect with source and connect with my own vibrant life force. I started to feel stronger and like a version of myself I had always been waiting to meet and embody. A new dream for myself emerged that could have taken years to get to, but came through this supportive container pretty quickly. I am grateful to Freda for her vision and loving guidance. Frequency with Freda was, in a word, a journey. In my case, I was fortunate to take that journey alongside two other vibrant, brilliant, resonating souls. The combination of our energies created a safe vessel where I could explore emotional blocks I’ve carried my entire life.
The work was not easy. Often, it was painful. But the strength I felt from my fellow students, from Freda, and from Elisabeth (Freda’s trance channel) helped me move through what had become a very dark period in my practice.
Frequency helped guide me through that darkness. For the first time in months, I’m beginning to see some light—not only in my general sense of well-being, but in how I’m able to function in the world.
I’m finding myself more often in the eye of the storm, observing the chaos rather than trying to engage with it, tame it, or control it.

The thing that was most significant for me was the Akashic records, that particular meditative journey. I’d never done that before, and I appreciated that you didn’t read the records for me, rather you held space and guided me to connect. I had an experience that was surprising and so spacious, and that is when my guides presented themselves by name. I was able to profoundly and intimately connect to my guide collective, which I have been engaging with since, and that has been quite wonderful.
My guides said, you have grounding capacities now to actually go out and do this and help others, which I’ve been doing for four years, but in an unofficial capacity, and now I know that because of FREQUENCY, I have the confidence, but also more skills to go out and hang my shingle and start doing this on a more official plane. -M.T.
